About Kimberly

You have incredible insight, but something is clouding your inner compass and preventing you from making meaningful change.

I help HSPs like you develop your gifts and trust your intuition so you can build a gentler, more purposeful life with ease.

My Philosophy About Highly Sensitive People

  1. HSPs are strong. You’re not weak because you feel so deeply. Highly sensitive people who embrace their inner world with honesty and courage often move through life with more empathy, intuition, and integrity than they realize.

  2. HSPs are powerful. When you allow yourself to show up fully, something powerful happens. You begin to attract the right people, opportunities, and experiences by leaning into your senses and shifting your energy.

  3. HSPs are resilient. You can set clear and compassionate boundaries to create a joyful, grounded, and emotionally sustainable life and career.

  4. HSPs are needed. We desperately need more people like you — thoughtful, attuned, and willing to lead from a place of authenticity — to step into what lights you up so you can naturally spread more joy in the world.

Welcome!

I’m Kim — creator of this space and guide for HSPs who are ready to live in deeper alignment with who they truly are.

For decades, I worked in the publishing industry in roles I was genuinely proud of. I was a book production manager at Time Inc., wrote career and hiring advice for Monster.com, and served as a copyeditor for W.W. Norton, among other creative and challenging positions.

From the outside, I looked like a confident high-achiever, and manager after manager praised my work. But inside, I often felt overwhelmed, drained, and out of place.

No matter how well I performed, the pace and pressure of traditional work environments left me depleted. I kept questioning why I couldn’t seem to keep up with everyone around me. I wondered what was wrong with me — and whether I would ever find a way of living and working that truly fit my gentle nature and deepest desires.

That chapter of my life was filled with confusion, burnout, and a deep fear that I might never find my way.

Why Intuition and Alignment Coaching?

My turning point came when I began to understand and honor my high sensitivity — not as a flaw, but as a fundamental part of my wiring. Once I stopped fighting against my nature and instead took the time to understand my intuition and energetic body and work in alignment with them, everything shifted.

I know what it feels like to want to make a difference in the world but feel unsure, stuck, or convinced you don’t have what it takes.
I also know the relief and empowerment that come from understanding yourself deeply, building a life and career that supports your sensitive nature, and finally feeling confident enough to lean into your strengths and natural abilities.

Today, I’m grateful to live in a way that feels nourishing, spacious, and aligned — and to guide other HSPs toward the same sense of clarity and fulfillment. I have seen firsthand that when you stop forcing yourself into environments that dim your light, you naturally grow into the joyful, creative life you were meant for.

I believe:

  • You have a heightened inner guidance system that is natural to HSPs and part of our innate intelligence.

  • You are capable of extraordinary things — not in spite of your sensitivity, but because of it.

  • You do not have to spend your life burning out or forcing yourself into roles that drain you.

  • You can build a gentle, nurturing life that brings you lots of purpose, meaning, and joy.

If you’re ready to explore what that might look like, I’m here to walk that path with you — with care, curiosity, and deep respect for your sensitivity and needs.

In support and sensitivity,

Kim

  • My daughter, Kylie, is an incredible artist, editor, and bright light in this world. She’s also my mini me!

  • I currently live in Buffalo alongside the beautiful Niagara River, where I love to walk and soak in all the incredible sunsets.

  • My furry family members include a mini goldendoodle (Moose), an adorable Pekingnese (Charlotte), and a very prim and proper Siberian Forest cat (Luna).

  • In my downtime, I love to read, garden, and create cozy spaces.
