About Kimberly

Your senses are always speaking to you, but you’re not sure what they’re trying to say.

Trust your inner guidance and stop the never-ending cycle of doubt so you can enjoy the gentle, soul-aligned life you were meant for.

What Are Highly Sensitive People?

  1. HSPs represent 20-30% of the population born with the innate ability to sense the world around us. Our characteristic lies in the acronym DOES: (D) depth of processing, (O) tendency to be overwhelmed or overstimulated, (E) having an empathetic nature, and (S) sensory processing sensitivity, which can also be described as heightened senses or sensory intelligence.

  2. HSPs are unique. Though we share the ability to tap more deeply into the energy of other people and the world around us, we are each individuals with unique gifts, needs, desires, and purpose. This means that following our individual path can be the greatest challenge, but also the most accurate roadmap for cultivating lives with more joy, clarity, and creativity.

  3. HSPs are misunderstood. Many people think sensitivity is a negative or undesirable trait, since it contradicts the widespread view that we need to toughen up, hustle more, and work harder to achieve our goals. HSPs prefer a different speed…one that suits our gentle, loving nature and allows us to live in alignment with our soul. We often bury this part of ourselves to fit in, losing our true desires and purpose in the process.

  4. HSPs are needed. When HSPs are confident in our abilities and purpose, we are thoughtful, attuned, and able to lead from a place of authenticity. When more HSPs step into lives that light us up, we thrive in an unlimited supply of joy and light, which naturally spreads more joy and light to others. In short, being who we are not only makes us happier but also makes the world a better place!

Welcome!

I’m Kim — creator of this space and guide for HSPs who are ready to live in deeper alignment with who they truly are.

Ever since I was a little girl, I knew there was something different about me. I was more tapped into my surroundings than others and could sense the true energy and intention beyond people’s words.

After years of feeling unhappy in my life and work…sensing that something was missing or “off” but not knowing what it was…I sought to develop my intuitive awareness. First, the practice helped me find my own path more easily. Now, I use this gift to help other HSPs reconnect with their own sensory ability and intuition, trust themselves more deeply, and live with more awareness and peace.

My coaching process helps you slow down, feel safe in your body, and notice your inner truth without judgment or shame, letting your true desires shine brighter and take clearer shape.

Together, we will identify what challenges are holding you back so you can see, feel, and release them in a healing, supportive space. As your energetic and nervous systems clear, your intuition will grow stronger. You will begin to recognize and trust your inner guidance, leading to a profound sense of clarity, sovereignty, and peace.

Why Energy and Alignment Coaching?

I know what it feels like to yearn for my own path in life but not be sure what that looks like or how to get there. I also know how empowering it feels to understand my inner guidance deeply, use it to build a life and career that supports my sensitive nature, and finally feel confident enough to lean into my strengths and natural abilities.

Today, I’m grateful to live in a way that feels nourishing, spacious, and aligned — and to guide other HSPs toward the same sense of clarity and fulfillment. I have seen firsthand what happens when you stop forcing yourself into environments that dim your light and naturally grow into the joyful, creative soul that you are.

I believe:

  • HSPs have a heightened inner guidance system that is natural to us and part of our innate intelligence.

  • HSPs are capable of extraordinary things — not in spite of our sensitivity, but because of it.

  • HSPs do not have to spend our lives burning out or forcing ourselves into career and relationship roles that drain us.

  • HSPs can build gentle, nurturing lives that are filled with lots of purpose, meaning, and joy.

If you’re ready to explore what that might look like, I’m here to walk that path with you — with care, curiosity, and deep respect for your sensitivity and needs.

In support and sensitivity,

Kim
